I joined Thomson & Bancks in April 2012 as a junior administrator having previously worked in hospitality for over 10 years.
Since joining the firm, my experience and role have grown, and in January 2018 I became Practice Manager. Heading up the administration team across all our offices and working closely with the Managing Partner and Partnership Secretary, I deal with everything from ensuring receptions are staffed, recruitment and marketing to IT and utilities plus everything in between.
Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and we aim to provide the best possible service to all. To achieve this, I believe it is important to work together as one team and maintain a happy work environment as well as ensuring staff have all the tools they require.
Outside of the office I love to spend time in the garden or at the beach with my partner and our dogs.
