I am an experienced Associate Solicitor who specialises in residential property work.
I studied at Nottingham Law School and qualified as a Solicitor in February 2008. I started at Thomson & Bancks LLP on 1st February 2008, initially working in both the residential and commercial property departments.
I currently specialise in the following areas:-
- Sale and purchase transactions
- Remortgages
- Shared ownership
- Help to buy arrangements
- Transfers of Equity
- Land Registry applications (for example voluntary first registrations, adverse possession applications etc)
I aim to provide an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure that they feel supported and up to date throughout the transaction. I talk my clients through the conveyancing process using “plain English” to make the process as easy as possible for them. I am happy to communicate by whatever method the client prefers – face-to-face meeting, telephone, email or similar in order to fit in with clients’ busy schedules and make the process as efficient as possible.
Away from work, I have a busy family life with three children and two dogs! My time is spent supporting them with their individual activities, as well as many long family dog walks at weekends. We enjoy active holidays to relax and de-stress, with our favourite holiday destination being remote Scotland to view the spectacular scenery and wildlife.
