I qualified as a Solicitor in 1983 after taking my law degree at Sheffield University and Solicitors exams at The College of Law in Chester. I practiced in Worcestershire and Warwickshire before joining Thomson & Bancks in October 2021.
I specialise in Civil Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Employment Law, and have long experience in advising on a broad range of issues and disputes involving Business and consumer contracts, Land and property, Companies and Partnerships, Debt collection, Leases of both business and domestic properties, Wills and Inheritance claims, Employment Tribunal cases, Settlement Agreements and Employment documentation and procedures.
I give practical and realistic advice aimed at achieving a satisfactory resolution of my clients’ legal issues. Where Court or Tribunal proceedings are necessary, I guide my clients through the process and help them make informed decisions on the options open to them.
Away from work I enjoy cycling, swimming, and watching Worcestershire County Cricket.
