I joined Thomson & Bancks Solicitors in September 2011, initially working as a junior administrator in Cheltenham, before migrating to working as a receptionist in both the Tewkesbury and Pershore offices.
I moved to work in the Private Client department 10 years ago, initially as a secretary. I subsequently progressed to become a Paralegal.
Over the past 4 years I have been studying towards the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma and I am pleased to say that I passed my final exam in June 2025. I am now a Trust and Estate Practitioner, following in my father’s footsteps; as he also worked for Thomson & Bancks Solicitors for many years.
I specialise in assisting with the administration of estates and trusts and have a particular interest in the preparation of Trust and Estate Accounts and drafting Inheritance Tax Forms.
My core values are trust, integrity and a genuine wish to help people. I believe that when I am involved in the administration of an estate then it is my duty to ensure that the final wishes of the testator are carried out correctly and professionally, a value that I am pleased to say is at the heart of Thomson & Bancks’ ethos. I am approachable and on hand to explain, where possible, any queries relating to the matter that the client may have.
In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my 2 children, and I am a keen gamer. I also enjoy motor racing, especially Formula 1.
