I qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 cross qualifying from being a legal executive and have worked in private practice for over 25 years specialising in residential conveyancing. I joined Thomson & Bancks in September 2024 having previously worked at other local firms.
Having completed thousands of property transactions I am a Residential Conveyancer with a broad depth of specialist experience. I handle transactions across all areas of residential property including Sales, Purchases, Shared Ownership, New Build, Equity Release, Unregistered, Transfer of Equity, Auction and Buy to Let transactions. I also have vast experience of deeds of variation of leases and lease extension work.
I have acted for both individual and corporate clients’ acquiring residential property and am highly adept at dealing with mortgage lenders’ requirements, if a mortgage is required to facilitate a purchase.

Outside of work, I like to stay active with swimming and hill walking. I also value spending quality time with my family whether it’s a few laps of a pool or wandering through waterfall trails.
