Publication of diversity data

Your partner in every legal step

Thomson & Bancks Solicitors is compliant with the SRA requirement to collect and publish diversity data. Surveys are carried out as required by the SRA (currently every two years).

To respect the anonymity of individuals the survey results on each occasion are published anonymously so that the resulting statistics are available to all staff and Partners. They are not downloadable from this web site as we feel that close scrutiny can result in the identity of some individuals being deduced, and this would be contrary to our commitment of confidentiality and data protection for staff and Partners. As appropriate the survey data will be made available to responsible authorities and organisations for legitimate reasons such as welfare and diversity monitoring.

Enquiries about the survey data should be addressed to the Managing Partner, Paul Johnson.
